Information you give us

When you complete the VIP list form:

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The others are optional: you may leave them blank and still sign up.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, certain technical information is collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, and the site or advertisement you arrived from. This information is used to measure traffic and improve the site.

4. Why we collect it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to anyone.

5. Your consent

You consent to the collection and use of your information by checking the box provided on the form before submitting it. This consent is free, informed and given for specific purposes.

You may withdraw it at any time, free of charge, by writing to [email protected] or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each of our emails. Withdrawing your consent ends further communications but does not apply retroactively to processing already carried out.

6. Who we share it with

Your information is accessible to members of our team who need it to carry out their duties, as well as to the marketing, leasing and real estate brokerage partners retained for this project.

We also use service providers that host or process data on our behalf, including:

These providers are bound by contract and may use your information only for the purposes for which we entrust it to them.

We may also disclose your information where required by law, or in connection with a commercial transaction involving the project, in which case the information remains protected by the same commitments.

7. Information processed outside Quebec

Some of our providers are located outside Quebec, primarily in the United States. Your information may therefore be hosted or processed there and be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Before entrusting information to such a provider, we conduct a privacy impact assessment and ensure by contract that the protection offered is adequate.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, that is, until the project is fully marketed, and then for a reasonable additional period allowing us to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

If you withdraw your consent, your information is removed from our communication lists without delay, then destroyed or anonymized within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies.

Necessary cookies — essential to the operation of the site and the security of the form. They cannot be disabled.

Measurement and advertising cookies — these allow us to understand how the site is used and to measure our campaigns. They are only placed after you consent, through the banner shown on your first visit.

You can change your choice at any time from that banner, or configure your browser to refuse cookies. Declining non-necessary cookies does not affect your access to the site.

The presentation video is hosted by a third-party service and is loaded only when you click to play it.

The neighbourhood map displays tiles provided by an external mapping service. That service receives your IP address in order to send you the map images, but places no cookies on your device.

Fonts and site components are hosted on our own servers: displaying them involves no request to a third party.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access restricted to authorized personnel, and selection of providers offering recognized security safeguards.

As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

11. Your rights

You have the right:

Send your request to the privacy officer identified in section 2. We will respond within 30 days. No fee applies, except for transcription or transmission of documents, in which case you will be informed of the amount in advance.

12. Commercial communications

Our emails are sent in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Each one clearly identifies its sender and includes a functional unsubscribe link, processed within a maximum of ten business days.

13. Changes

This policy may be amended to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.

14. Contact us and complaints

For any question or request, write to [email protected].

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.
